Robot headwear, continues

This is an update on the process for the headwear. As the previous post suggests, we are using automotive air filters. I have to cut the inside pleating out of the filter, which means that I have to cut out the metal meshing on the inside. The mesh on the outside provides enough support to hold it together. I found the best way to remove the mesh is to cut it from the rubber part which it is embedded with a Dremel Tool.
