things that make me happy

So, I hadn't painted in at least 6 months--that I can remember. I know that I'm not supposed to admit that. However, it's not like I haven't been busy.
Anyway, I did a demo for class yesterday and got back out my paint tray. I did miss it, but I didn't know that until I got it out. Painting makes me so happy, and I just need to keep doing it! And I need to remember that! Speaking of not painting in a while, I found that my paint has separated--it does make a cool picture, but not cool flesh-tones. Maybe I'll take this and print it on fabric in an all-over pattern and then quilt with it!
